Personally, I feel that the Design Discussion and Review should allow standard and non-designer status users to post, sort of like what was done with the Simfile Discussion forum.
People may be more inclined to contribute designs if they can post directly, ya know?
It's not like that forum gets any activity anyways, so why not?
