Messed up forum

A few days ago, when TS went offline for a short while, the forums have somewhat messed up. I can't use any of the top buttons apart from the 'Forum',

And In any thread, the avatars go right over the text, so I can't read parts of it.
Anyone else having this issue? Any ways to ficx it?
